Meet Our Attorneys, Nancy Stegall and Zeppy Attashian
Our attorneys bring 15 years of family law experience to our clients and provide skillful, compassionate counsel from matters ranging from divorce to adoption to juvenile dependency.
Our firm's principal lawyer, Nancy J. Stegall, is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Board of Legal Specialization of the California State Bar. Since graduating from law school, she has focused her practice on family law. She opened the Law Office of Nancy J. Stegall in 1997 to serve clients throughout the San Joaquin Valley with their family law needs.
Attorney Stegall is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Fresno County Bar Association and is a founding member of the Central Valley Collaborative Law Affiliates. She is active in the local community, volunteering with Central California Legal Services, where she was named Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2006. Ms. Stegall is also a participating attorney with the Attorney Referral Network of the Fresno Bar Association.
Zepure "Zeppy" Attashian has also practiced exclusively in family law since graduating from law school. Prior to joining this office, she was the chair of the family law department of the firm of Marderosian, Runyon, Cercone, Lehman and Armo.
Attorney Attashian is a member of the California Bar Association and the Fresno County Bar Association, where she is on the board of the Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Attashian is involved in the legal community and volunteers with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates of Fresno and Madera Counties), as a legal advocate for abused and neglected children.
Both our attorneys are admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
